Trek's Superfly 100 AL offers pro-level handling and speed at a price that even un-sponsored riders can afford. And, even if you never race it, you'll love the light, efficient aluminum frame with G2 geometry for amazing handling, the 100/110mm travel for total control and the 29-inch tubeless-ready Bontrager wheels and tires for rolling over anything. Also, a short wheelbase and the custom RockShox fork deliver traction on the climbs, control on the descents and all the benefits of big wheels with super-quick handling and snappy steering. And, in the components department, you get a solid SRAM X7 parts group, powerful Avid disc brakes and Bontrager controls so you're ready for anything from throwing down on local trails to racing on the weekend.

Trek's G2 Geometry (version 2 of Gary Fisher's Genesis Geometry) delivers the ultimate ride for every trail. Genesis earned rave reviews for awesome handling on climbs and descents thanks to a long top tube paired with a short stem that moves the front wheel forward for top-notch confidence and control, while short chainstays add phenomenal traction. G2 Geometry takes these handling traits to the next level by boosting control on tight singletrack and technical climbs, too. This is accomplished by increasing the amount of fork offset (reducing trail), which makes G2 bikes steer more quickly, and by shortening the reach, which puts more weight on the front wheel for even better control and confidence. The two animations above showcase how G2 Geometry provides the perfect ride.
Trek's E2 head tube is 1 1/2 inches in diameter at the bottom and 1 1/8 inches at the top. This maximizes front-end stiffness for awesome steering precision and control, while allowing the use of standard 1 1/8-inch stems and not adding much weight.
