With Polar's CS400, you can turn your everyday rides into fun, efficient workouts. It's feature-packed and compatible with Polar's ProTrainer 5 software, so you get a completely customized workout plan and can track your progress over time. This sweet computer records target zone limits, calorie expenditure over one or a few training sessions, maximum and average heart rate and total distance. You can also view your current, average and max speed, temperature and altitude, incline measurement in percentages and grades. There's even an interval trainer with a recovery measurement.
